DESCRIPTION

A very private villa, which will appeal to those who are looking for a luxurious retreat with panoramic views over a rural landscape and the sea.

The villa is accessed via an unmade road. Once at the villa you are looking over the dramatic landscape of the west coast, especially breathtaking from the infinity pool. Set amongst olive trees and cypress trees, this is a classic Greek island location - what everyone imagines a private villa on an island should be like.

This stone-built property consists of ground and first floor, each with sea-facing verandahs. Furnishings are elegant and contemporary and the bathrooms and kitchen well laid out and of modern design.

The villa nestles amongst landscaped gardens planted with native plants. Terraces and verandahs afford shade and are well located to make full use of the views from this superb location.

Accommodation
A large sitting room on the upper floor opens out to two seafacing verandas.

The upper floor also accommodates the open plan kitchen and dining area and a twin-bedded room with veranda and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The ground floor is open plan with a twin bedded room and ensuite bathroom with
shower. There is also a sitting area. A sea-facing veranda leads off the twin bedroom.
