As you head gently up the hillside and turn into the sweeping driveway you arrive at these three charming houses one can't help but be delighted by the landscape that surrounds you. These lovely new additions to our collection can be found nestled in the hill overlooking the picturesque and sheltered Polis Bay, offering extensive sea views towards the stunning island of Kefalonia. From this slightly elevated position the panorama is exceptional and is shared equally by all three houses. The first, Rhodia - Pomegranate, is a one bedroom house and Elia, Olive and Lemonia - Lemon, both two bedroom.
Each house is fully air-conditioned and finished to an high standard, tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout. All three are similar open plan design with the fully fitted kitchen/diner opening into a comfortable and stylish living area. Double doors from the living area take you out onto the terrace making the most of the exceptional sea views, bringing in sunshine and light which takes full advantage of the gentle scented sea breezes in the afternoon. Outdoor Jacuzzis on each house's terrace complete the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of these fabulous villas adding superbly to your very own Greek Odyssey. The bedrooms are light and airy with French windows making the most of the wonderful views each with en-suite shower rooms.
A private footpath takes you directly from the houses to the beach in a matter of minutes. The beach separated in two parts by a small jetty and the local fishermans' harbour. There is a 'cantina' serving light snacks and drinks throughout the day. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. A little further uphill, within walking distance of the houses is the traditional village of Stavros with popular tavernas, cashpoint, pharmacy as well as shops, bars and cafes.
