Located along the busy cobbled Rue Clémenceau in the heart of Calvi, A Chjova is named after the small passage that used to run from this spot down to the port below. The apartment is set over two levels and there is a small balcony (accessed from the twin bedroom) which is just large enough for a couple to sit outside and watch the world go by. From the double bedroom and kitchen windows you can glimpse the port and the sea beyond. The town of Calvi is on your doorstep with a wide choice of bars, cafés and restaurants both on the Piazza Crudelli and the Quai Landry, everyone's favourite evening promenade overlooking the marina. For lazy days soaking up the sun, the beach at Calvi is just a short walk away or should you wish to explore further afield the coastal train will take you along the coast to the hidden beaches, seaside towns and villages of the Balagne.
